My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, though challenging to reach on the 3rd floor with kids, ended up being great for the price. However, getting a handicapped room that wasn't requested was a bit of a setback. The service was professional and helpful, and the staff even moved me to a different room when I checked in. The location was convenient for me despite being in an industrial area and being close to where my travel trailer broke down.
